RBI Grade B Salary Details

• Candidates who passed the RBI Grade B 2023 Exam and were hired as RBI Grade B 2023 Officers will receive annual salaries ranging from 12 to 14 lakh rupees. The precise pay scale for an RBI Grade B Officer in 2023 is Rs 55,200-2850(9)-80850-EB-2850(2)-86550-3300(4)-99750. Candidates would receive a base salary of Rs. 55,200 and a 2.850 percent pay raise for the first nine years of their employment.
• After successfully completing those 9 years, the RBI Grade B Officers would move into the executive band, where their base salary will increase to Rs. 80,850. Again, for the following two years, there will be a raise of Rs. 2850, and for the following four years, there will be a raise of Rs. 3300. A applicant will finally receive a base salary of Rs. 99,750.
• The selected candidates will also receive a number of additional benefits, such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Family Allowance, Telephone Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, etc., in addition to their Basic Pay.
