Depending on where they are posted at project sites, they receive additional compensation.
On the basis of the PAR grade of Excellent, Very Good, or Good for the year at the end of each year, increase by 5%, 4%, or 3%.
They will have thirty days. earned leave that may be accrued during the engagement or cashed out.
They will also be eligible for TA/DA at the rates for E0 level in the first year of their engagement and E1 level after that, if required to travel as part of their official duties.
Additionally, a maximum of one month’s compensation for OPD cases shall be paid for each year for medical facilities for the self for the first year and the self and family (spouse and two dependent children) for the second year and beyond.
Additionally, incumbents who are hired will receive medical coverage for IPD treatments up to Rs 10 lakh during the duration of the contract.
Additionally, employed incumbents must be protected under the Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme and the Employee Deposit Linked Insurance program of SJVN.
