The iPhone 14 Pro as well as iPhone 14 Pro Max consistently outperform the ordinary iPhone 14 in respect of camera capability with a 3x telescopic zoom lens.
This year’s new, one-time enhancement to the Pro models’ major wide camera is a 48MP sensor once more. And based on our testing, it produces some very outstanding results.
In the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max, the larger 48MP sensor is 65% wider than the one found in the iPhone 13 Pro and has a second-generation sensor-shift optical image stabilisation technology.
While the main camera’s sensor can maximize for illumination acquisition by combining every four pixels into a larger quad-pixel (12MP), each pixel can be used individually to maximize for sharpness in significantly larger 48MP photographs.
